FLO BRANDING
Internal communications are often the forgotten piece in the branding puzzle. Following the Wandle rebrand we developed a character with a distinct personality and voice to promote the sharing of ideas, participation and communication between staff, residents and partners. To help us in the development we enlisted the help of the Wandle team by conducting a naming exercise in the style of a game show, ‘Name That Brand’. The result was ‘Flo’ a fun, sociable, helpful and enthusiastic presence that now appears in all internal communication. Activity included Brand creation, Website, Video, Photography and Environment.
